Best choice for holidays this year!
Hotel is located little bit far from beach , but having car there is no problem. I suppose there ar some bus services. Fresh food every day. Plenty of fruit . Can't complain at all. Besides you are going to rest and relax not eat all day. Hotel itself I well looked after. Rooms cleaned every day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Can recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be serviced 5* quality at 3* price. All in all I will recommend this hotel to anyone.
Distance to the beach was a little to long , but with a car there is no problems.

-a sedate,tranquil stay-very relaxing,peaceful,quiet.
;'really beautiful place'-set in a 'cavern';wonderful -large plants,flowers. ;nice simple rooms,very quiet;tho'a nice happy bar in the evening. ;lovely food-take my 'work'with me and away from the very busy tourist areas;so very pleased. ;very good place;to catch up on your homework!!!

Staff were generally very helpful and friendly.
Staff were generally very helpful and friendly. Buffet was generally very good. Good WiFi which worked fine in my room (note - charge). Pool is outside, but has glass screening which helped with warmth. Regular shuttle bus to town, but it is easy to walk anyway.
There are a lot of extra charges although individually the price is reasonable. - drinks at dinner (even water) - wifi (although it was very good) - sauna

Very close to the shops and bars.
Very close to the shops and bars. Maybe a 10min walk of you go the right way. Food was good, not a large amount to chose from which I liked. Staff were friendly and fun. They really went out of there way to dress up for Halloween and have a party
All inclusive finishes at 11pm which is fine, but the bar is meant to stay open after 12. You can't even by a bottle of water. The entertainment was not great, same music every night. Quiz night was a series of 8 questions which you had to shout out to get a glass of bad fizzy wine. Of you have kids and would like a bit of entertainment this place isn't for you. If it's not a need for the holiday then don't for all inclusive and head out,as there are plenty bars and restaurants that you can enjoy
